The project consists of 15 entrances variable-height 6 to 11-storey buildings with a total of around 370 apartments. The buildings are interconnected by underground parking.
The project is highly cost-effective and will have a certificate of compliance with environmental requirements.
Construction: reinforced concrete frame (internal single-layer and external 3-layer SW wall panel, columns and beams) hollow core pre-stressed slabs, console balconies with a fastening system Halfen and composite floors system filigree.
At the initial stage of the design, the analysis and the feasibility study of the building structures were performed. In particular, during this stage round cross-section columns were replaced by rectangular cross-section columns in the underground parking, which made it possible to reduce production costs and install the structure faster.

As a result of effective communication with the Swedish party, changes in the project had been discussed and agreed upon, which enabled our customer to save design costs.
We took into account the capabilities and specifics of the reinforced concrete plant. For example, in the parking space, all two-storey round cross-section columns were replaced by rectangular cross-section columns, more reasonable in terms of both material usage and production costs.
