The project Kv Liljekonvaljen consisted of three interconnected variable-height buildings with a underground parking. Within the project, the designers developed the detailed design of precast reinforced concrete structures, production drawings and all mounting components and assembly diagrams required for the erection of the structures
Underground parking construction: precast concrete columns, supporting precast concrete beams and hollow core pre-stressed slabs.
Living part of the building: reinforced concrete frame (internal single-layer and external two-layer VI wall panel) console balconies with a fastening system Halfen and composite floors system filigree.
During the design process, architecture, structures and other parts (heating, water supply, sewerage, and ventilation) were tested by Solibri Model Checker at each design stage. Tests were carried out in one common model by converting various models into a single format ifc. Thus, possible errors in the construction of utilities on the construction site were minimized, and holes in wall slabs and beams were made appropriately. The complexity of the structures did not affect the deadlines, and items were installed in due time.
