The project consisted of a complex of buildings: 2 seven-storey and five 5-storey buildings with underground parking.
Construction: reinforced concrete frame (internal single-layer and external 3-layer SW wall panel, columns and beams) hollow core pre-stressed slabs, console balconies with a fastening system Halfen and composite floors system filigree.
The project management was carried out using BIM processes. At the early design stage, a specific deadline was set for each construction phase, from the preparation of production drawings for the plant to installation of finished reinforced concrete items on the construction site.
When reinforcing filigree floors, a minimum quantity of reinforcement rods was used; meshes were mostly used, which allowed to significantly save labor costs on the construction site. When reinforcing filigree floors on the factory, meshes reinforced with additional rods in the workload direction were used, which allowed to ensure the best ratio of additional labor costs to material costs. Also, the usage of lattice frameworks was maintained at the acceptable minimum level, which showed 40% cost saving based on the previous experience of the customer, after the project analysis.
