3D Modeling & Clash Control

Site conflicts are resolved in the model, before construction begins.

We detect and resolve clashes between structure, MEP and architecture before they cost money on site.

Structural BIM & IFC Coordination

Our structural model integrates cleanly with architecture and MEP through IFC.

We produce a fabrication-ready structural BIM model and coordinate it with the architecture and MEP teams through IFC exchange — so every discipline builds from one consistent structural geometry.

Structural Frame Design

Frames sized for the loads they carry — not over-built, not under-built.

Reinforced concrete, precast and steel frames designed and detailed in Tekla. Stability systems, member sizing and connections developed to match the contractor's preferred build sequence and the precast factory's element range.

Foundation Design

Foundations matched to what the soil report actually says.

Strip footings, raft slabs, pile caps and combined systems sized directly from the geotechnical report. Reinforcement is detailed for placement on site, with clear hand-over drawings for the formwork and rebar crews.

Workshop Drawings

Shop drawings precast factories use without rework.

Fabrication-grade precast element drawings and steel shop drawings — geometry, reinforcement, embeds, lifting points and connections issued straight to the factory and the erection team.
